Quite a few of us on this forum have held shares in this company since 2007.

I am more than happy to give KS, DV and SGH the bird and lose my 2c. It is nothing to lose compared to what these clowns have done to destroy this company!

Reading through the report just highlighted the stupidity of these people. We wouldn't even have a SEDCO litigation if these morons had of followed basic legal principles for terminating the contract. They had no trouble paying themselves salaries like they were running mid-tier listed energy companies and what our Company Secretary/Financial Controller earns is criminal.

And what's happened to the sale of all these long lead items. What we sold them for $100k!?!?!?!?

It's all great to read that these guys have been out there doing this and that and no one came up with anything firm, but go back in time and the last time any deal of significance was announced was when Richard Cottee had a farm out agreement for ES. And the board in effect sacked him. What because the Farm In company wanted a clause securing him to Nexus. FFS! I would as well given the track record of these other clowns. And what happened to that agreement and where are we with ES? Nowhere. We've got an estimated $60m commitment which could have been addressed a few years back.

I fully back the Nexus Battle Team to reject this offer and send this company to the administrators so that we can hold these so called stewards of our company accountable and have them come clean.

Otherwise, if this takeover goes ahead they will probably walk into high paying jobs at SGH. They deserve to be publicly humiliated and barred from corporate life. Just look at how much wealth they destroyed and also the amount of our wealth that ended up in their bank accounts. Michael Fowler's payout was lunacy. And I'm guessing there's a few more golden parachutes that staff there have ready to pull on the chord.

I would think twice about making uninformed statements and consider that 2c does not mean a hell of a lot to shareholders in this company. My first purchase in this company was in the $1.70s. I don't give a #£$% about getting back 2c!!!

Keep on supporting Nexus Battle Team - they get my vote for working in our favour and so far I've seen much more from them than anyone else over the last few years!
