If we could go back in time then not getting finance from Bergen would be ideal, but that is not possible.

In a few months time Bergen will be wanting another tranche of stock. I would not put it past them to do a spot of selling in the lead up and converting even lower. I suspect the volume selling prior to their recent conversion came from them.

Perhaps others think I am screwy for suggesting SOC raise @ 5 cents .... but if Bergen continue on their merry way 5 cents will come and go. These guys have this SP well and truly by the short and curlies.
