...although the frenzy factor can always momentarily drive an sp to a much higher % factor than one would expect, so who knows... we may get these type of moments during the rollout of announcements/results for the remainder of 2014, or when all 3D seismics r in the bag and the projects r waiting for drilling... time will tell...
