The Question is, Who is the director offloading 1 million shares to? Yesterday another 1 million shares offloaded in one hit, 2 million now. John Seymour is founder of the company, these directors with a personal interest in their own company are very unlikely to take profits by offloading shares. Someone wants in!

This was a organized trade as the 1 million shares on both days did not appear on the buy/ sell depth as far as i could see. Therefore it was an agreed trade to another waiting party.

SP going from strength to strength. My suspicion is a party is very interested in owning a large chunk of this company. Surely the way SML is being traded will alert the market soon if it hasn't already.
