Lets talk about work avoidance. Lets talk about "getting an education or training" avoidance.
For every person "avoiding some tax" how many are avoiding work because they have a "disability" or were too lazy to work at school or get some training?
How many on "disability" are fit enough to go to Bali on holiday? How many on disability can make it to the the pub?
How many of the youth unemployed spent more time in front of playstation than the books?
