Just my thoughts. I don't own this stock
The market cap is around $255M. Why would the company be worried about the short term share price? If it is cheap enough shareholders will be compelled to average down or just walk away and write off their investment.
The company will get the money, have a 10 into 1 consolidation, share price looks good and the music begins again.
