What has come out of left field a little bit is that PRR cant get through CAN-004b without another $15m.

So the market is in the process of being softened up for this with the release of the brokers report.

So why now when PRR has enough money to get through to 2016? Risk. Unfavourable data coming out of Can-003 for OS at the end of the year or unfavourable interim data coming out mid 2015 for Can-004b will make it virtually impossible for the company to raise money at any price.

Might be joining dots here too much but perhaps this makes sense of the confusion over whether updated OS was going to be presented. If that is anywhere near positive you have to get it out now to enable that positivity to be harnessed now for raising money.

Because the way things stand at present ... dare I say it ... the signal is not compelling enough for anyone to stump up $15m. And the signal has the potential to become even less compelling.

So positive OS data (especially designed for sophisticated investors like you Macenroc) at ASCO and an announcement shortly following for you Kbear1 about a cr.

One possible one scenario that fits a few pieces of the jig saw. All in the context of a bump in the sp (perhaps even to 8c lol) to make it all look halfway appealing.
