Well SOC have put themselves between a rock and a hard place..... going be hard to raise capital full stop in the current anti-PM market place we have.

..If SOC access to the capital you say will mean converted shares will be sold straight away then thats a great way to lose money for "Bergen" just received 3,472,222 Sovereign Gold Shares at a value of $0.0576 per share just take a look at the depth ...be one massive loss trying to selling into that weakness..

I've also seen many a company convert to shares to build up a strong position CFE for one has done it many a time and not sold any shares but actually invested more into companies it likes...

whats to say Bergen doesn't see great long term value in SOC

does anyone have proof they are pressurizing the SP downwards ?
