As advised I asked to get a message to the company yesterday regarding news of the extra 10% and when we might hear something. I'm appreciative that I received a response today directly from a company spokesperson, I have permission to post the response .....
"I've spoken with the company today and the message is essentially that the Government is still assessing the legal aspects of the proposed PNOC divestment of the 10%. The government always takes a close look at divestments even in situations such as this where the proposed divestment is within an existing JV structure.
It's likely the company will put out a Board Room radio interview next week which will address this issue along with others ahead of the AGM on 22 May."
Here's hoping for some news shortly
Volume is weak so not to concerned , no one knows the drill result yet even @ 10% this would be a company maker
