Yep most of WA would be sitting on anywhere from 75-200mm of rainfall in the last month. So long as it doesn't get too wet, 18mmt possible in WA. Last year was a record at 16mmt.
WA's CBH is a sitting duck right now and someone soon will make a play for it.
