I recall hearing that the rebuilding of Christchurch is estimated at 40 billion.
The debt Labour left us would have 'rebuilt' FIFTEEN cities. Lapdog talks about 'infrastructure' ... WHAT infrastructure? Nothing has changed in Melbourne....
I also googled how much it does actually cost to build a hospital (in NZ approx. 1 billion)
and apparently one in WA costs just over 1 billion...
