I think you would agree that one of the names, or titles or distinctions of God is - the Creator?
If there was ever a time when God was not the Creator then God would not be Divine in nature.
I think you would agree again, that God is without beginning or end.
Therefore, seeing God is the Creator this means that Creation has no beginning and has no ending, because if there was ever a single instant when Creation was not in progress, so to speak, God would not be Divine.
Every single instant every aspect of Creation is undergoing Creation. God is the Creator. This is not a past tense title, it is a constant state without beginning or end.
Now if we were to give a tiny, tiny portion of Creation that we can just perceive a name, that name might be evolution. But most assuredly not exactly the evolution as described by Darwin.
