DTE risen to 16c; around 16% premium still to be had buying at 16c and selling iGas at 127GBp. Probably didnt rise as much as expected, a lot of emotional sellers, people worried about trading on AIM, people who loaded up at the cap raising and happy with profit.
Igas shares unmoved by the deal. Not sure what value Igas attribute to UK shale, it spiked to 165GBp in Jan after total deal and director buying at 160GBp, but pessimism sets in again and I suspect UK Shale assets equally undervalued as DTE's when valued at 19c/share, hence no real movement in Igas post announcement.
Igas should be worth a lot more after the deal, it's got some good target prices of 170-200GBp on it as is, I think we could see these get revalued further upward after the deal gets confirmed in september.
