Yep to my eyes this explains the incredible volume in the last 3 months and that sharp move of +40% earlier in the year.
I posted that I thought a takeover looked like a likely scenario about 6 weeks ago, although I suggested MMG.
Good luck all, hope the Chinese come back with an increase offer.
