Hi there Rhowden, Eagles

I am/was beginning to feel the same. I still had not received any updates from the IG and was getting somewhat peeved by the holdup. I have been leaving them and the legal team to do their thing. I read Rhowden's post this morning and decided to make contact seeing as it was not only me that's not had any update.

After phoning the IG this morning, they have told me they are waiting on witness statements.

As far as what the legal team are up to, they wouldn't say so its still a waiting game for us, unfortunately. Bloody frustrating.
