Not sure if someone want is lower anymore.
I do believe there was a time they did and now it has been exposed - to gain $8m worth at 10cents.
There is 4.35m of offer at .11 with 31 sellers
Doing simple sums that is an average of 140,322 shares each @ 11cents = $15,435
I would have it a guess there are many there trading 11 cents for 10 at the $15k limit.
Once this is over I believe it will be back up where it was in no time, much like before. I would be looking for a positive announcement a week before the offer closes.
