this has been mentioned before, however, RIO taking this to court would not stop CAZ operating, if its in the courts for yrs, CAZ could well become profitable in that time, hence legal proceedings may only have a minimal impact on CAZ's price.
i seriously doubt RIO would take it to court though, they are such a huge company i really don't believe this would be worth the bother to them to take it to court.
if given to CAZ, regardless of any kind of action from RIO, CAZ are legally permitted to begin mining immediately.
