Not entirely correct. If the EL is granted to CAZ then they are legally permitted to start exploration . Assuming they are successful in finding a profitable ore body they then have to apply for a Mining Lease and have that granted before they can mine .They also will have to have Enviromental Agreements and Native Title in place on the ML. Nit picking I know but............
