IMO, Biota is really a scam company. The reason the previous management gave for moving to the US and the way how they moved Biota to the US just stink.

What do Biota shareholders pay large amounts of $ for those executives for? Do they deserve those salaries if they just work as ordinary office workers?

IMO,the wording in the latest 10Q report reflects the true siuation that Biota has ever been in since its birth, not just recently. When Biota was in Australia, I did not see those information in Biota reports. Otherwise, I would not have invested that much into this scam company.

It is all too late to sell now. Most of long term Biota investors have suffered singnificant losses. The previous management is really to be blamed for this mess. 7 Years with great royalty incomes, yet could not advance Biota business. Biota share price is in its historical low now.
