$80 billion saved by cutting education and hospitals for ten years, and give half of it back to the tune of $5 billion a year to pay for mothers who choose to have kids (has it been reduced/is it happening/another broken promise ie it's not a tax it's a temporary levy.)
Can someone explain how this is a good idea because I cannot rationally figure it out (unless I have my liberal blue coloured glasses on).
