market share

As many here would be aware , Ccl is suffering a decline in sales compared to competitors. Pepsi is constant, coke is declining and others are increasing.

I had a thought about this, I think the market share loss could be bottled water. I know I have no issue buying coles brand bottled water but I'll always buy Ccl carbonated beverages. What is more, in the soft drink isle there is heaps of space for coke but bugger all for bottled water. Home brand coke barely had a shelf spot which makes me think they can't be losing market share to the home brand soft drinks. If it doesn't have shelf space and it is full to the front of shelf every time I go in there then people aren't buying it. On a similar note to home brand coke, mount franklins presence on shelves has diminished. It barely features anymore and Coles water has almost an entire isle...
