FLLYR: GMB: GMT Bond Issuer Limited - Annual Result Announcement

GMT Bond Issuer Limited has provided the NZX with its audited financial
results for the year ended 31 March 2014.

In December 2013, GMT Bond Issuer Limited extended its bond programme with
the issue of a new $100 million, senior secured, 7 year bond. It complements
an earlier $150 million issue which matures in June 2015.

The new GMB020 bonds have a maturity of 16 December 2020.

During the period GMT Bond Issuer received $13.4 million of interest income
and incurred $13.4 million of interest expense. Standard and Poor's have
maintained the credit rating of both bond issues at BBB+.
