Steak Diane for lunch, with wine

Barbecue four sirloin steaks on the charcoal webber, well on one side and slightly on the other side.

Sauce:

Fry 3 diced shallots or 2 medium onions or 1 large onion, in a little cultured butter

Add:

50 to 100 gm sliced button mushrooms

When cooked add:

½ to 1 teaspoon of masterfood garlic

1 -2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce to taste

½ to 1 to tablespoon dijon mustard

¼ to 1/3 cup brandy or cognac

1 cup cream

A little soy sauce (optional)

Small handful of chopped parsley
