Well, russian circles thats exactly what i was talking about. A trend. That is completely valuing a stock on past performance. Thats like saying when the GFC occurred. It would be silly not to invest when the all ords went sub 3500, because due to the trend, it would never turn around. Obviously you weren't one of the investors who made a killing on the rebound.
sub 15c for lynas i believe is comparatively sub 3500 for the all ords. And i too plan to make a killing on the rebound.
Herd mentality, easy to make some money off, but if you pick the right time you make a lot more money if you beat the herd.
