With Zijin on the register and new MD, this company now presents good value. I am suprised it is trading under 10c but it may take a while for people/investors to warm to the risk/reqard profile of this different company.

IMHO Anything under 10-12 cents is good value and worth the investement, over the next 12months.

Zijin paid 10 c to get on register and also paid another 13c for shares. DRA paid 25-30c for its shares.

This is now in the accumulate phase.
