The differences: Gary Stokes (PDY) does not know that Roland Bleyer has the capacity to provide the funding. He got tricked lol and trying to believe Roland. It like us (CDB holder) that believe that the funding will be there and holding to it, but eventually got tricked. (dammit, similar story) Glen Darby, has the resource to get the funding which is Masafin, but GD did not do his job correctly!
The similarity: THEY ARE ALL LYING! --> and the best of all is GD did this a couple more time than Gary Stokes.
