re: Ann: Appointment of Managing Director to ... The targets have to be realistic though. With the current SP in mind 1.5c (50% gain on placement), 3c (300% gain on placement), 4c then 6c milestones is reasonable to me and only 10m shares each tranche isn't much dilution.

I understand that Patto's like to flip shares reasonably quickly but this sell off began well before the placement. The question is why would so many people be willing to take a loss before the company even considers moving forward and prior to the placement too.

Anyway, worth keeping an eye on.
