andy, this could be the scam model that some ASX speccies have come across- offer of finance, then upfront fees demanded (CDB got a promise of a placement, but no 3B forthcoming), then the scammers get scared as it comes to a head, and for some reason, the money never comes through (was it ever there?) I would say these mobs who do this just deal in shares- as in when the offer of finance comes in, they just chuck in share money, get the share price rise, sell out, and nick off. In looking at that website, they seem to have put a few companies on their black list. Thing is, have they ever successfully loaned anyone money?

Anyone ever check out the FAS lender website? It looked very much like this Masafin website- similar language used. I wonder who is behind this stuff.
