If another party come in to buy the Dairy division, I'd expect Wilmar to pull out of the deal.

If Wilmar are successful in taking the whole company, I'd say they will keep Dairy and divest the rest. This could be the problem as Baking is not really a growth market, low margins and requires a lot of capex for plant upgrades, as GFF have mentioned. Could be hard to get a good price if they are going to attempt to sell it on.
