yes FLEM & JONGO, at least I have the advantage of being able to look in on my stocks a couple of times through the day, and also time to cogitate- which all helps.
I was surprised JONGO that you held onto your shorts so long when you appeared to have the opportunity to take some reasonable short term profits.
today was not so good for me either, with a long for the upward trending TAH... the price came down to my bid at open and then accelerated further downwards leaving me stunned..... i eventually got out but at considerable cost.
I added two longs and two shorts (8 bites), while closing 1 long and I short (4 bites)

and it had been going well, a better day tomorrow maybe.
