How long did it take for realestate to get to where it is now? 10 years at least! It appears from 2000 to 2004/05 rea was languishing under $1.00/share.
Come back and complain if nothing has occurred after 10 years.
In my opinion things have already occurred, it is just that any extra profits have been reinvested in expanding the business. If the business can keep the capital and invest it at a high rate of return, I would rather the business keep the money than pay a dividend.
