I'd choose more descriptive words such as 'ignorant', 'non-forthcoming on actual events and truths', 'hiding in his cave', 'non-apologetic' ... many more too...
Look, the fact that he heads a company thats financed by shareholders, lines his pockets with both a handsome salary and multitude of options and non-committal to offering retribution for his gross lack of due diligence as 'our representative' (for want of a better word) doesn't mean he is 'strong' at all. I find that insulting.
Traits displayed throughout this debacle are nothing short of cowardice ! My opinion fwiw.
