$5.7 mill in cash, with the Mexico commitment US1m (AUD$1.35m) per year. And they've given up half their nickel rights tenements. NKL is clearly tightening the focus to The Two Ms (Monarch and Mexico) so as to preserve and efficiently use its cash.
They'll have to look for more money by years' end. To do that they'll have to get some results, get the price up and issue more stock. Right now a 1:2 at 10 cents would raise about $4mill. Not very attractive for the company or shareholders.
But a good report from the Mexico drilling by the end of March, and off she goes!
