I think Mike has handled this whole thing very poorly.....Fine to come out and puff your chest saying the deal has been done for $15M......It aint a deal until the money is in the bank and they cant even communicate when this will be!!!!

It borders on being misleading, as any normal deal would be done by now as it would have defined dates and milestaones for any outstanding items that require sign offs etc.......

It amazes me that Management cant see the fact that any misrepresentation or comment that is made that can be misinterpreted does more damage than if they had have changed the wording of the initial announcment to say "Agreement to Purchase".....then stipulated the terms etc....

POOR effort Mike is where I am at!
