I am not going to be misled by cash cost numbers that are highly manipulated accounting wise and neither am I saying that IO spot will be $80 but the rebar prices and the fact that China is now dumping steel overseas is a sign of things to come. Neither am I saying that FMG will not be able to service its debts but if you feel comfortable that the indications are there for the worse is over with demand then by all means load up.
End of the day price will either rise from your level or fall and that is it.
