Anyone who believes CDB will get (and keep) that $10M or even a part of it is kidding themselves.
GXN had a contract for $12.5M through Zulu Capital (I believe, check the GXN ann if you want to be sure) and it never eventuated.

And I dont really understand why someone would hack a website to create a fake blacklist, unless someone needed an excuse to dump the stock massively and quickly without attacting the wrong sort of attention or maybe they wanted a bucket of stock quickly (but why?)
It would be very interesting to see who dumped the most and the value of that stock and who has been buying.
Hah - who knows, maybe the lender needed some cash for the initial payment to CDB :-)
And why is the blacklist still there - it should take 5-10 minutes to pull it down.
All extremely weird!!!
