I agree the macro conditions are terrible but the increasing capex and debt can be mostly explained by Osprey village. With the CEO resigning I strongly suspect big write-downs (Searipple?) could be coming.

IMO the current share price is low given the publicly available information. Normally I would buy some shares here but the action seems to indicate this stock is trading on non-public information. Instead I am going to just continue to watch and educate myself. No way an outsider like myself can buy or short this stock so late in the financial year (when insiders know the likely results) with its past history of suspicious trading leading up to price sensitive announcements.
