I wouldn't be surprised if the HZN T misinformation wasn't purposely leaked to the market Auto, the same thought has been on my mind since the merger ann but I wasn't game to mention it without proof.
I gave Simon Marais a call today and he is quite hopeful his proposed resolution to amend the ROC constitution will be passed so that the company cannot issue more than 30% of the total shares currently issued without shareholder approval.
I also queried him on whether his company is really a recent short term holder as I had "heard" [and as has been claimed on another ROC thread]. He said they [Allan Gray] have held ROC for five years and are not in the game for short term profits.
