Mak... looks like you can do it for 15K. John DID get paid but only a small(ish) amount. The share issue was going to be a supplement to his retainer/stipend. They were going to issue three million shares to him but I don't know where that stands now.

Glen and Paul get to buy options based on the closing price on June 17th so it'll be interesting to see how the price plays out around then.
