This is insane.
I think the Japanese are dumping their inventory. Most of their reactors will never restart anyway. The Japanese utilities need money.
The trading banks are dumping. They are exiting the business.
Of course, the record production PDN is dumping too. Hopefully PDN will stop when they receive the $190 million at the end of June.
Some producers have to go out of business to save others.
