I'm quite interested in this reference to Maddingley Mine...we know that the coal down that direction is sulphur soaked muck , which probably won't go anywhere until the last drop of lignite has been pulled out of LV unless it's treated or utilised in another manner

I'm interested in -

"Potential for the further development of Coldry via an integrated power plus pre-drying solution through collaboration with EPC partners"

"Constructing a demonstration plant in India would get the 'demonstration' stage out of the way, so feasibilities for plants anywhere else you would imagine would have to be of a commercial scale."

I'm quite interested in who the EPCs are for the CDP and global roll out for Coldry plants....Kawasaki do operate as EPC on major projects through Japan, China, Australia etc...I wouldn't consider a Coldry CDP as a major value project, but 'roll out' I would.

Kawasaki do operated in the heavy industrial plant construction and engineering sector combined cycle gas plants , waste recycling plants, de sulphuring systems

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. has developed an iron oxide-based highly wear-resistant granular desulfurization agent for use in a moving- bed combined-desulfurization/dust collection system and evaluated its performance in a pilot plant capable of treating one- fortieth of the coal gas produced by the the 200-ton/day Nakoso pilot plant. We also know that HRL Developments' ‘Hydrogen Energy Supply Chain from Brown Coal’ project , is being also in JV with Kawasaki Heavy industries in Morewel.

IGCC or something along those lines would fall into "integrated power plus pre-drying" I presume....other plants give off waste heat FWIW, not just refined to a power plant
