There is no conflict between evolution and creationism except for a minor theological position of what defines a creation in God's image, as it could be interpreted as just being DNA based...

It would seem completely obvious that any designer clever enough to create life on earth would also be smart and forward looking enough to design in the evolutionary adaption process that we can observe...
