thanks goldenx, you said exactly what I'm thinking.

we've all given them the benefit of the doubt for so long. appreciate those who do actually reach out to management and get some responses, but those responses have consistently been 'end of the week', or 'next week', and have been delivered to us as promises. DC/DGH/others, you guys are just the messengers, but it shouldn't have to be you communicating the delays to us.
