So the Right Honorable Minister is actually referred to in ICAC investigations himself? And he is actually someone making decisions about what or who should be referred to a body under which he himself is being mentioned? Surely this sort of thing should have an independent process in place particularly where a listed public company is being referred? For example it could lead someone to draw an inference that this could be payback for other things perhaps being mentioned by other parties.
Given who and what is being investigated by ICAC is it really surprising that media figures with a considerable audience who for really unknown reasons is adored by his listeners might be able to have their agendas pandered to by decision makers?
Again, why would anyone in their right minds want to do business in NSW. Regulatory stability must be right up there in terms of investment destination decision making factors, its what used to seperate NSW from Botswana.
And MacFarlane's silence so far is deafening.
