Oil companies always need money they are money eating machines,we have 3D coming,up this drill will be over budget and there are countless other costs, you don't borrow money for the fun of it.
It will be a while before this company doesn't need money,the serious spending is ahead of us, hopefully this will lead to a money creating machine.
