Hi people,
We have received a letter and attached analysis from a Nexus shareholder (who wishes to remain anonymous). It raises further alleged anomalies, inconsistencies and omissions in the Independent Experts Report.
This letter has been sent to Nexus Board of Directors, Mr Don Voelte, Deloitte, ASIC, Australian Shareholders Association, Mr Andrew Greig and Nexus Battle.
The letter has been posted on www.nexusbattle.com as a new post.
