Rob needs to win some support to get the deal over the line, and it won't be as easy as it was for him to dislodge the board. To do that, he cant hide under a rock and think he'll sneak in a deal without anyone caring.

I am not totally against an iGas merger, but I am against this particular offer.

Rob can do a few things to swing it in his favour:

1) provide dual listing of the merged entity (easy win)
2) consider broader strategic partnership options (harder)
3) outline the process for oz asset divestments (easy)
4) increase the scrip offer (possible)

If he addresses those issues, I will reconsider my vote.
