An easy analogy is to compare it to a Broker who may be recommending an Oil & Gas/Mining company who will be drilling a 'sweet spot'. Before drilling, alot of preparation goes into all the steps that precede a drill even touching the surface. Does that mean that a Broker won't hazard a calculated guess based on all the information presented or try to forecast the end result?
