Money this is just my opinion based on your questions.
your pumping in 15k for a short run yet you have no idea on the risk or how the SP could open after the allocated shares are issued.
Your in over your head. You held from 61 cents while many here had said the price will fall. You now have subscribed to a SPP offer when many have said why its a bad idea.
You plan is to now hold for short run.
My advice would be to paper trade for 6 months like i wish i did when i was new at this.
I probably still should be paper trading LOL.
