Diligent Files Remaining Periodic Reports for 2013 with the U.S. SEC;
Quarterly Report on Form 10/Q for 2Q13, Quarterly Report on Form 10/Q for
3Q13 and Annual Report on Form 10-K for 2013
Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. ("Diligent" or the "Company") (NZX: DIL)
filed today the remaining periodic reports for 2013 with the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). These reports include a Quarterly Report
on Form 10/Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2013, a Quarterly Report on Form
10/Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 and an Annual Report on Form
10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013. By filing these reports with the
SEC, the company has now completed all filings for the year ended December
31, 2013 with the SEC and New Zealand Stock Exchange ("NZX").
This has been a long and arduous process and the Board and the management
team appreciate the efforts of all those involved to complete these filings.
The Company will now concentrate on the financial results for the quarter
ended March 31, 2014. We expect this to be filed in June and will inform the
market of the date as soon as practical.
